Yes you can make your home Green for your family, you can buy Green products to benefit your environment, but have you ever heard of a Green School? Approximately 20% of America's population attends school every day and, unfortunately, most do so in schools that are operating inefficiently and missing opportunities to cut operational costs and provide greater benefits for students and teachers. If Going Green in your home is a no-brainer, which it is, then Going Green in our schools is also, most definitely, a BIG no-brainer. Consider for a moment what a Green School could do with the potential $100,000 or more they could save every year. That means hiring two new teachers, buying 200 new computers, or purchasing 5000 new and updated textbooks.
